Ochakai e no Shoutaijou

"You know, there is an old tale of love told in this city—" Early 20th century, England. An era when the world was rapidly changing, from the old age into the new. I’ll probably never leave the countryside my whole life—and there’s no need to. Fashion just gets in the way of harvesting, and if I’m going to learn anything, it’s better to learn farm work than follow trends. Donna, who was born and raised on a rural farm, had no interest in trends or fashion, and once again devoted herself to her work on the farm today. However, when her grandmother—who lived in the city—passed away, an emergency disrupted her peaceful country life. Ordered to sort through her grandmother’s belongings, she left the countryside and headed to the city. Her first time ever in the great metropolis of London. The task of organizing the belongings, which she accepted reluctantly. Filled with both anticipation and anxiety toward the unfamiliar city, the doorbell suddenly rang Beyond the door stood unfamiliar gentlemen, said to have been guests at her grandmother’s tea parties. Was it only joyful tea parties that her grandmother—once known as a celebrated beauty of London’s high society—left behind…?
