My Tomadotchi Friend

You’re an office worker who’s just moved out of your parents’ cozy cottage and into the big city, all for a job offer too good to pass up. After donating most of your old belongings, you finally feel ready to take on actual adulthood. But on your very first day, disaster strikes — “Oh shit, of course you’re late.” You rush to get ready, grabbing your things, only to realize your car keys aren’t where you left them. For a moment, it feels like the universe is against you. The thought of giving up flashes through your mind, but you shake it off — you didn’t work this hard to stop now. Frantically tearing through the house, your eyes spot your keys… and something else. A small, familiar toy — one you were sure you’d donated.
