UNMAI POY

Umai Poy is a psychological drama that explores the inner world of a man who carries no guilt yet hides deep, unspoken pain behind a harsh and rude exterior. His life is shaped by unhealed wounds, silent suffering, and the belief that vulnerability is weakness. On the day he faces death, his mind begins to unravel the truth he has long avoided. Through a series of reflective moments, he revisits the people who influenced him-those who taught him, shaped him, and unknowingly pushed him toward the man he became. As time slows, he confronts the question: Where did the real mistake begin within him or in the world around him? The film becomes a poetic journey into the psyche of a man on his final day, revealing the thoughts of a prisoner not bound by crime, but by the consequences of life, circumstance, and emotional silence. Umai Poy is a study of pain, perception, and the human tendency to hide suffering until the last breath forces us to face our truth
