The Science of Disinformation

A compilation expose of some of the most common tactics of government #disinformation campaigns, such as #astroturfing, Operation #Cointelpro (counter intelligence programs), Project Mockingbird, psychological operations and false flags, #propaganda, government internet trolls, and their mission and agendas in every field of information from #science, to #health, #nutrition to activism, to clandestine government initiatives, and so much more. In this eye-opening talk, veteran investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson shows how astroturf, or fake grassroots movements funded by political, corporate, or other special interests very effectively manipulate and distort media messages.
