Rikas: Hurricane Festival 2026

With RIKAS, you might for a brief moment forget that Stuttgart isn’t right on the Californian coast. Their indie pop sounds like open car windows, warm tarmac, and that laid-back melancholy that carries you off into the sunset. Behind the laid-back grooves, bouncy guitars and soft harmonies lies an astonishingly keen sense of timing, friendship and little escapes from everyday life. This is music that may come across as light-footed, but possesses astonishing depth. At Hurricane 2026, RIKAS are likely to hit the spot just as the festival day is slowly really getting into its stride. Things haven’t quite gone off the rails yet, but the first drink has gone down well, the sun is in the right spot, and suddenly everything sounds a bit more like a holiday than the Eichenring actually allows for.
