Mukade Buraku/Hakaba ga Yondeiru

Kenji Shiromaru is one of the pseudonyms used by Shouji Hashimoto, who has appeared most frequently in the Kidan series. Shouji Hashimoto has gained recognition as a talented artist who worked on some of Shigeru Mizuki’s yokai illustrations, and thanks to the rediscovery of Yuurei Kanja and Futamaku Mokichi—considered the most gruesome works ever published by Togetsu Shobou—he has become one of the rental manga artists who has seen the highest surge in reevaluation in recent years. From among his works, Mukade Buraku—which has long been highly praised by renowned rental manga enthusiasts—is finally being reprinted! The other selected title is Hakaba ga Yondeiru, a psychedelic murder manga that injects sensuality into its grim atmosphere! This controversial work explodes with the relentless sadism seen in his bondage erotic manga published under the pen name Kouji Oohashi! It’s an essential work when discussing Shouji Hashimoto, who has consistently published works expressing his hatred for drugs, stemming from the experience of losing his own brother to the drug hiropon!
