魔女とくゅらす

Majo to Kyurasu

In 16th century Europe, a witch helps her young apprentice escape a witch hunt and then disappears without a trace. Years later, in modern-day Japan, the apprentice finally tracks her down—only to find that the once-powerful witch is now a gloomy, apathetic woman who spends her days smoking by the window. What follows is a laid-back, offbeat comedy about the clash between a responsible apprentice and her completely unmotivated mentor. (Source: Natalie, translated)
