Secret in flower

About this title

For a brief period, I came to hold five paintings in my care. Paintings are things one ought not to touch. Yet if you wish, or if you are drawn to them, perhaps you can touch what lies hidden with your fingertips. —I'm glad these were paintings. For beneath the flowers, as long as you push aside the shadows and avoid looking at them, you need not see the decayed faces.
