Formula Z: Controlled Dose is a first-person open-world pharmacy simulation game where you start as a pharmacist, manage your own pharmacy, serve customers, and grow your pharmaceutical business. Expand into factories, manufacture medications, purchase properties, and explore a large open world filled with activities, vehicles, and business opportunities. Travel between four different eras: the modern world, medieval 1419, post-apocalyptic 2049, and futuristic 2079. Each era features unique environments, pharmacies, factories, medications, and opportunities.
