Waiting for Godard

About this title

A language study on cultural production in the interior of Brazil. Three friends forever waiting for the solution of problems involving cultural policy in the inner cities of the country. Wait, armed with empty speeches, political naivety, watching their dreams being eaten away by political, commercial and public neglect.
