The Lonely One

About this title

“Li” is one of the most important driving forces behind the development of Chinese contemporary art. Amid the currents of his era, he has never fully been able to steer his own fate, yet he has consistently done what he believes is right. This short film records his journey to safeguard the spirit of freedom, carried out in circumstances of constraint and solitude.
