The Boy and the Pinwheel

About this title

Once, the wind always blew, and people took it for granted. But as time passed, the city became suffocated with polluted air, and the wind came to a stop. One day, a young boy named Ji-hoo watches his pinwheel, motionless in the still air, and wonders why. People around him remain indifferent, merely walking through the smog with their masks on.
