Rotten Water

About this title

Returning to my long-left hometown for my father's surgery, I wait with my pregnant sister in heavy silence. As time stretches, buried scars resurface. Set in a small town in southern China, the film meditates on memory, family, and the quiet ache of unspoken emotions.
