About this title
Based on a scene from Ingmar Bergman’s The Virgin Spring, this piece is a revolt and a homage, finding new meaning in a fictional action. A woman takes on a traditionally male role in trying her raw strength and getting rid of her frustration by hitting and breaking something. (FilmForm)
