Pulque, Sacred Spirit

About this title

Pulque, the sacred drink of the gods, preserves the memory of Mayahuel, goddess of fertility, and Patecatl, lord of fermentation. In pulquerías, spaces of resistance and affection, the echo of the ancestral lingers. The imagery of living symbols guides us through the story of Xolotl and announces the rebirth of a cycle, revealing the path to safeguard ecosystems and restore the balance between nature and tradition.
