La saison du crabe royal

About this title

For the residents of the Aleutian island of Akutan in Alaska, the seasonal and industrial king crab fishing industry coexists each summer with traditional activities. Young people work at various stages of the processing chain: from preserving the crabs to removing the shells and cooking them.
