In This World, I Am King

About this title

An aging artist wrestles with the weight of his legacy and the fractured identities he’s created to survive. As he confronts his art, his past, and the trauma he's long ignored, a deeper question emerges: What does it truly mean to be an artist? From the small town of Pauls Valley, OK — where he’s a local legend — he grapples with being both revered and isolated. There, he is king, but at what cost?
