About this title

A poetic and deeply moving documentary about doll collector Richard Pessato, a resident of Anápolis who found freedom and a sense of identity in a world of fairy tales, glittering dresses, and animated heroines. Amid prejudice and silence, the Barbie doll became his refuge, his voice, and his mirror.
