El Mara El Samiriya

About this title

El Mara El Samiriya is a powerful biblical theater production inspired by the story of the Samaritan woman from the Gospel of John. The play follows the life-changing encounter between Jesus Christ and the Samaritan woman at Jacob’s well, where a simple conversation becomes a journey of faith, forgiveness, and redemption. Rejected by society and burdened by her past, the woman finds hope through Jesus’ words and compassion. As He reveals to her the meaning of true faith and living water, her life is transformed, leading her from isolation to spiritual awakening. Through emotional storytelling, music, and dramatic performances, El Mara El Samiriya delivers a timeless message about mercy, acceptance, and the power of God to guide even the most lost souls toward the light.
